Evolving Minds Counselling and Psychology is a private psychology practice based in Menai, providing psychological therapy and counselling services across the Sutherland Shire and online. Established in 2017, our experienced team of registered psychologists and accredited mental health social workers works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a wide range of emotional, relational, and life-stages.
Our clinicians are registered with their respective professional bodies and work within recognised ethical and clinical frameworks.
We provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples, and families, across a wide range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and relationship difficulties.

We also offer therapy for Women’s Mental Health, including perinatal mental health, menopause and midlife transitions.
As a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming practice, we recognise that people experience distress, difference and change in different ways. Our clinicians have experience working with Autism, ADHD, learning differences, and disability, and approach therapy in a way that respects individual needs, communication styles and goals.
We also offer adult ADHD and Autism Assessments for people seeking clarity, understanding and guidance around appropriate supports.
Appointments are available in person at our Menai clinic or online via secure telehealth. If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates.
Evolving Minds also provides therapy to self-managed and plan-managed participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our SIRA-accredited clinicians offer counselling under Work Cover and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance schemes.
