Mary is a skilled mental health social worker at Evolving Minds, dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, adults and families through a range of challenges.

Mary has a special interest in addressing anxiety, depression, attachment issues, trauma, grief,  interpersonal struggles, and stressors related to work and study. At Evolving Minds, she provides a safe, non-judgemental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Mary also brings her extensive expertise to relationship-focused therapy, helping individuals, couples, and families build deeper, more meaningful connections.

 

Utilising a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, strengths-based therapy, interpersonal therapy, trauma-informed care, and family systems theory, Mary tailors each session to align with her clients' specific needs and goals. 

 

Whether clients are dealing with past trauma, grieving the loss of a loved one, navigating difficult relationships, or feeling weighed down by the pressures of work or study, at Evolving Minds, Mary provides compassionate support and practical guidance every step of the way.​​  Mary also is also accredited under SIRA to provide support for workers compensation.
